Premium brands offer the consumer a private label that is comparable or superior to a manufacturer's brand quality, sometimes with the modest price savings.

UP&UP is Target's own premium private label. It competes with price. St. Ive's Apricot scrub is $0.89 more. Since they both are for blemishes and blackheads I am more likely to buy the cheaper one.
